Mission Activities

United Baptist Church (UBC) Missions

The members of United Baptist Church are empowered by their passion and God given talents and work individually and in groups to serve the local community and beyond. We recognize that we have different God given talents and have various opportunities for continuing the mission of Jesus Christ. Many mission activities are ongoing including making sandwiches for the hungry, sewing pillows for heart surgery patients, and partnering with other churches and local groups to provide needed services. However there are also seasonal events such as the Knitting and Crochet Club’s making of scarves, hats & mittens and our hosting of flu clinics in the fall. The ongoing missions activities are listed below.  There are other people helping people programs and services performed on an as needed basis. Please contact us for further information.
